OMG … Am I gonna blog AGAIN ?!
Yes, mysterious guest who landed on my blog by mistake … this is my 10th or 11th time i have the below conversation with myself (i’m not crazy yet, don’t worry) “Hey, there should be more posts in my blog … But what do i blog about ?! … If i don’t have something to blog, why blog in the first place….. Do i just throw some random crap in there …. what if people actually read this crap … they would think i went bananas … Hmm … maybe i should write about my Firefox addons …. well, there’s two problems with that. First i switched to Chrome and secondly i already talked about my firefox addons right before switching to Chrome and sticking to it. … HMM Well, do i write about my projects at work … but that would mean revealing internal information … i cannot do that. EISD (European Information Security Department) will not be happy :p (if you guys are reading this, i confirm that i do not reveal internal information in any way against the Information Classification and Security Policy.) Ok, then I should write about Technology in general, Virtualization, Storage, System management … etc. ….. But there’s like a ton of technology blogs that i always read, who would want to hear from me. Do i have much to add to that. Maybe i will just refer to their writings and comment on them. That’s what i’m gonna do. …. When i have time to do that. Why i don’t have time to blog ? because i cannot blog while in office, that’s a waste of time. Also, i really don’t have time to blog while in office because i’m swamped with work. In my break i read news, barely finish three blogs of the 15-20 blogs i follow. When i get home, i do some research on some technologies that i’m going to deploy, i can’t do that in office because i need to concentrate and do a lot of draft sketching and multi-screen browsing. This gets my wife to say stop spending time on your computer and let’s go out, play with the baby, talk or watch a movie. When i’m free with any of that, i get to my PS3 and pretend i’m achieving something when i level up some virtual reality character (Final Fantasy) or invade an alien planet and kill those damn violent aliens who are killing my teammates just because we are invading their planet (Killzone 2). The BIG question is … why blog ?! … to share information with who ?! … what information is not available online nowadays ?! Here’s the most important reason to blog …. To share personal experiences with the world in hope that someone will actually find this information useful. Whether it is useful Tips in anything, a nice place you went to, a technology you have experience with first hand or to simply spell out what’s in your mind to relax. In the end, a blog is simply your thing and your personal shout out to the world” Signing out ….. Fadi Kelzia

Hey there Naz … I thought it would take days or more for someone to stumble upon this and read it. I’m not sure how you got to see the post, either you added this feed or checked my google reader shared items.

Yalla looking forward to seeing you in Dubai. I thought you had plans to come earlier this year, but then you stopped the mail chain and i thought your cancelled your plan.
About the post, I was just writing randomly for the sake of spontaneity. I will try to write more often, i guess you are right with maintaining a private Diary. I don’t have one and I’m sure it would be healthy and more free.

i DON’T HAVE A FACEBOOK account anymore! i deleted (not de-activation, but actual delete) my account recently. especially that i was not using it for such a long time, and to protest the founder’s lack of ethical behavior! did you hear about the recent lawsuit that might strip him of most of his holding in the company!
anyway, i am looking forward to meeting you and maybe the family! it would be great to invite you all to diner. my sister had her wedding in early July! now my parents are raising their pressure on me

Haha .. good for you on deleting Facebook. I still use it to catch up with people. I realize the privacy concerns. But not a big privacy fan myself in general. Heck you can know all about me by just googling my name.
The founder is facing a stupid/silly claim from someone, but it doesn’t stand much ground. To hell to both anyway.
Com’on, i’m the one inviting you for dinner. You’ll be my guest in UAE

Walla you should start looking for the one because it takes time. Good luck with that and sure she will be lucky and enjoys QUALITY

well, i am glad that you are going to return to updating your blog, at least try to be consistent so we get to hear from you.. and please dont over-think the reason for anything that you have to do, because that will kill spontaneity and creativity.
we need to have a catch-up sit-down especially when i read about a “BABY”! i am coming to dubai in november, so please email me your number so we can meet!
personally, i dont have a blog, but i have my own diary which is too private to share with the world. i found that it helps me sort out my ideas and clear my mood sometimes.
hoping to read more, and best wishes to the family, and i am really sorry for being late in showing respect but you know, a lot of things keep you busy!
